Scale: The company has two major technology industrial parks with a total plant area of about 49,000 square meters. The building area of the Guangdong Nansha Technology Industrial Park is about 27,000 square meters, and the building area of the Zhejiang Nanxun Technology Industrial Park is about 22,000 square meters. There are more than 300 R&D and production teams. The company has 3 PCBA production lines, 3 SMT production lines, 4 AOI test equipment, 1 first-article tester, 1 flying probe tester, 1 automatic three-proof paint spraying line, MES system and ERP system and self-energy material rack, 4 emergency device production lines, 1 walkie-talkie production line, 4 power supply product production lines, 1 alarm production line, 1 cross-flow fan production line, 1 distribution box production line, and 1 elevator air conditioning production line. Therefore, the production line is equipped with automatic and semi-automatic assembly equipment, and the annual output of products exceeds 900,000 units.
Quality control: We have a complete ISO management system, VDA6.3 process audit, OTIS Q+ audit, and various international and domestic authoritative certifications: China 3C certification, EU CE certification, South Korea KC certification, etc. The company has 5 major laboratories including safety/failure analysis laboratory, environmental laboratory, electromagnetic compatibility laboratory, salt spray laboratory, vibration drop laboratory, and a total of about 50 laboratory equipment.
